Nitrogen Removal from Landfill Gas

Test Results from Greenlane’s new Linear NRU

About the Video

Landfill gas upgrading is challenging, especially when removing nitrogen, which is particularly difficult to remove without losing methane. In this video, Dale Goudie, CTO of Greenlane Renewables, shares test results demonstrating breakthrough methane recovery performance of up to 99.5% with Greenlane's new Linear Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU), a core module within Greenlane's next-generation Cascade LF landfill gas upgrading system.

Watch to learn how Linear NRU technology removes nitrogen through a simplified, stepwise methane gas enrichment process that uses fewer and smaller adsorption beds than conventional equilibrium PSA technology. It also eliminates the wasteful internal gas recycling step while targeting higher methane recovery, lower costs, and lower technology risk.
